Refer a patient
We welcome referrals from GPs, optometrists, and fellow consultants. Rapid appointments, detailed written feedback, and continuity of care for your patient.
How to refer
- By email: send the referral letter and any imaging to info@panthagani.com.
- By phone: our team (01604 550 990) can arrange an urgent appointment within days if clinically indicated.
- By post: please call first so we can give you the correct consulting-room address for that week.
We will confirm receipt of every referral the same working day.
What your patient can expect
- An appointment within 1–2 weeks (sooner for urgent cases).
- A full consultation with Mr Panthagani personally.
- A written clinical letter back to you within 48 hours of the consultation.
- Continuity of care: Mr Panthagani performs the surgery and conducts every follow-up.
If surgery is appropriate, you will receive a copy of every clinic letter until the patient is discharged.
